e94886c140 Fixed grass spread, closes #1743 
- Removed the salt parameter in cFastRandom functions, it wasn't doing
what we thought it was following the move to C++11

19d1c976e7 Protection Enchantments, some fixes 
- Protection echantments (fire, blast, feather falling, protection and
projectile). It isn't finished, add secondary effects and optimize the
code.

2423fbf2ef Normalized comments. 
This was mostly done automatically and then visually inspected for obvious errors.
All //-style comments should have a 2-space separation from the code, and 1 space after the comment sign.
