Notice: As race_manager->setKartSoccerTeam(i, info.team) already
pre-set karts team, there is no need to test for
(getNumKartsInTeam(SOCCER_TEAM_RED) == 0 || getNumKartsInTeam(SOCCER_TEAM_BLUE) == 0),
so the the menu code is simplified.
