Fixed bug #385 . UnloadUnusedChunks now has the same interface as
...
SaveAllChunks. Meaning, QueueUnloadUnusedChunks and the supporting
cTaskUnloadUnusedChunks has been added. Use QueueUnloadUnusedChunks from
now on to prevent deadlocking.
