1fa210c7f9 Refactored case-conversion functions. 
StrToLower() returns a modified copy of the string, InPlaceLowercase() modifies the string in-place.

21f52676f3 cMojangAPI: Added UUID-to-Name lookup. 
Also fixed the bindings, now all functions are static-like.

003f18bd0f Added cMojangAPI:GetUUIDFromPlayerName(). 
This is a simpler way to ask for a single name -> uuid conversion.

4dd858f899 Added a cMojangAPI class for PlayerName -> UUID lookups, with cache. 
The cache is persisted into a SQLite DB file on server shutdown.

2423fbf2ef Normalized comments. 
This was mostly done automatically and then visually inspected for obvious errors.
All //-style comments should have a 2-space separation from the code, and 1 space after the comment sign.
