2891504fa3 Add back clipping to the font object, since lack of clipping messes up list widgets. I submitted a feature request with patch to the irrlicht devs instead, so hopefully in the future IGUIStaticText will have my patch apply and allow disabling clipping locally where needed.

2ad6b0a027 Renamed CGUIFont.{h,cpp} to scalable_font.{hc}pp, removed all 
references to CGUIFont (so that the new mono-space-digits functions
can be used everywhere); some code cleanup.
