70a17926dd Added nolok animation from Rudy. Note that lose animation does not

f5f9e1d8be Fixed handling of material in track conversion (file was missing in 
r6037) --> animated water scene nodes will now trigger rescue.
Also fixed getting the location for water scene nodes.

1c19a57237 Added invisible rescue plane to avoid people jumping off the first 
bridge, had to fix location of items (which would otherwise be projected
on rescue plane instead of onto track).

0e23c01c81 Fixed steering animation to be independent of the actual frame

239a8d55a4 Disabled support for irrlicht 1.8 (current trunk), since it needs 
different link flags (or changes to IrrCompileConfig.h) in order to work
correctly, and I am not sure if there are any other changes we might
have to make.
