John Zaitseff f5cbaf8270 Rename and update desktop and AppStream data files and utilities 
Rename the desktop and AppStream data files to conform to the AppStream
1.0 specification; these now have names based on "au.org.zap.trader".
Add a caption to the AppStream screenshot; update all translations to
suit.  Rename msgfmt-appdata to msgfmt-metainfo to reflect these changes.

Translations have been taken from previous versions of PO files or from
strings very similar to the added ones.

John Zaitseff 95baa61e37 Try to satisfy the very picky Translation Project robot 
The TP robot requires a correct Project-Id-Version and a Language-Team
tag with an email address (even if there is no email address).  It also
complains unless a valid current full year is listed on the Contributors
last line.

John Zaitseff e4d884afc9 Replace U+0060 GRAVE ACCENT with U+0027 APOSTROPHE 
In the past, GNU tools used quotes `like this'.  Modern practice is to
use quotes 'like this'.  Update Star Traders to follow this newer
standard, including all PO files.
