Replaced beach with hacienda, racetrack with farm, and city with secretgarden
...
in all GPs. Modified jungle.challenge to use the new farm track (and adjusted
the time to be rather easy to meet).

1) Added GrandPrix manager (so that a GP id instead of a potentially translated

GP name can be used).
2) Added support for challenges to be specified in .challenge files,
converted all existing challenges to be specified in this kind of
data file.
