8332044369 Restore TERM capability. 
Code scavenged from tracker, since it's known to work...
removed all special cases, since it's needed only for OpenBSD.
Tweaks after some ho@'s comments.

b79848f40b Rebuild xkobo with -DHARDER and enjoy the experience. 
Older xkobo releases did not give you bonus lives when you hit some score.
Some levels become much harder to pass, and much more interesting.

May give a second life to that game, when you're starting to find level 46
too easy.

199965e9a3 Update to remove brokenness and dependency on dead version (ok turan@). 
Add note that it compiles only on clean 2.6 installs or later.
Merge in some stuff from the kaffe1 port, to eliminate duplication.
Shorten DESCR to a few paragraphs.
