Attribute values must always be quoted.

The following patterns are considered warnings:

[title=flower] {}

[class^=top] {}

The following patterns are not considered warnings:

[title] {}

[target="_blank"] {}

[class|="top"] {}

[title~='text'] {}

[data-attribute='component'] {}
