Remove the redirect to the installer; if we don't have a var dir this results in an infinite redirect. Let's put this back in when the installer works.

To get started, point your browser at the gallery3 dir.  That should
take you to the scaffolding page which will walk you through the
process of getting installed.  Questions, problems?
