The goal here is to eliminate the legacy uBITX keyer code (which uses a single analog pin as a key line with different voltage divider values for different signals), and instead use a single digital pin for both PTT and CW keying. Keying will be external to the Raduino. This is going to be derived from previous work on the ubitx-v5d.
