Resolve power output issue (intermittent extremely low output with corresponding high temp on finals).

Planned steps:

  1. Reheat all solder joints from BNC back to , finals including keying circuit.
  2. Check output.
  3. Revert turns count on L3 to minus 2 (instead of 3).
  4. Check output.
  5. Reduce L4 by one turn.
  6. Check output.
  7. Restore all toroids to original windings.
