- move main() at the bottom.
- put global variables at the top.
- improve usage() lines (consistent with man page).

sin d06158ccf9 Use /proc/mounts instead of /etc/mtab
Let the kernel keep track of mounted filesystems, no need to use
/etc/mtab as we are not modifying it.

This operation is not supported on OpenBSD so just
set errno to ENOTSUP.
