- add .Os, it is mandatory.
- don't redeclare .Nm when it's not needed.
- fix some warnings (checked with mandoc -Tlint).
- remove some leftover old stuff.
This commit adds a simple implementation of the POSIX
standard paste(1) command, and its man page.
TODO and Makefile have been updated accordingly.
