Some changes were made to the terminfo a few months back and I never
noticed.

It's easier, and I need not worry about meson crashing when it doesn't
have every single dependency for foot.

Create separate terminfo package for foot terminal emulator. Package is
not in x11-terms since foot only runs on Wayland.
