*/*: rebuild manifests
I switched to thin manifests, so a bunch of them contained unnecessary
files. This should solve that problem.

x11-drivers/evdi: Remove 6.0.2 patch
They seem to have fixed the issue upstream, so it's no longer necessary.

x11-drivers/evdi: Fix building for linux kernel 6.2 and up
There are some changes in linux kernel 6.2 that prevent building of
evdi. This patch fixes it for live ebuild (not sure if it can be
backported).

I'm also trying to get it merged upstream.

x11-drivers/displaylink-driver: systemd support
This allows the driver to start & stop with systemd. I've not tested
this, so let me know if anything breaks.

x11-drivers/displaylink-driver: Add udev rules
This makes /dev/displaylink work correctly. I also moved the driver back
to /opt/displaylink since it seems to be a standard location.
