Muhammad Kaisar Arkhan 73689024f0 Add BurnsInDaylight to Lua API and Monsters.ini (#4295)
* Monster.h: Export SetBurnsInDaylight

This commit also adds BurnsInDaylight to check if the Monster burns in daylight
or not.
