If we can't make it all namespaces, this is the next best I guess.
+ Tag handlers constexpr, const as needed
+ Inherit constructors
* Privatise handler functions
* More constexpr

Fixes problems with windows:

- Changed cPlayer:OpenWindow to accept a ref, tolua adds a nil check
- Close open lua window in destructor, to avoid dangling pointers
