Add BurnsInDaylight to Lua API and Monsters.ini (#4295)

* Monster.h: Export SetBurnsInDaylight

This commit also adds BurnsInDaylight to check if the Monster burns in daylight
or not.

Closes https://github.com/cuberite/cuberite/issues/4294
