Initial Metadata Commit [SEE DESC]

+ Pigs, Minecarts, Sheep, Skeletons, Slimes, Villagers, Wolves, and
Horses have metadata
+ Base code on taming wolves, shearing sheep, and taming horses
+ Sheep and horses have different colours when spawned
