espie 914da8bc4f Fix comments to appear more uniform (GNU-style). ... REMOVE THE DEFAULT SETUP TO VTABLE_THUNKS. vtable-thunks are faster, *but* they break sometimes, and the fix is not in yet, plus this is a rather obscure problem which is undocumented, but shows up in real code.
