proj.py, and if not found it would fallback to py-proj). Prompted after

* add py-requests, py-shapely and py-gdal to TEST_DEPENDS
* fix python shebang in tests - now only 5 tests should fail
Shapely is a BSD-licensed Python package for manipulation and analysis of
planar geometric objects. It is based on the widely deployed GEOS (the engine
of PostGIS) and JTS (from which GEOS is ported) libraries. Shapely is not
concerned with data formats or coordinate systems, but can be readily
integrated with packages that are.

this with a distfiles search following graphics/darktable fix earlier, and
Josh fixed my fix (I missed an ifdef, and he also found places which needed
a ps pledge after enabling this).
vile is a text editor which is extremely compatible with vi in terms
of "finger feel". In addition, it has extended capabilities in many areas,
notably multi-file editing and viewing, key rebinding, real X window
system support, an optional embedded perl interpreter, and robust
support for non-Unix hosts.

The changelog between 4.1.23 and 4.3.6 is too big to be described here.
The point of updating now is that 4.1.x won't receive updates for the
freshly published security advisories. samba-4.3.8 will follow.
