Don't compile against libxml2 when using the 'gnome' flavor. Causes
...
conflicts with Gnome's libxml1 and bad things happen.
This fixes the segfault when trying to print with the 'gnome' flavor.

oops, common.h slipped back into PLIST with the last update

this file is part of the test suite which shouldn't be installing
things anyway, so stub out the install targets so none of these
files get back into PLIST in the future
unbreak and bump pkgname to freetds-0.60p1

Those would allow a spammer to harvest all subscriber addresses
if not changed by the list admin. Reported on

Don't restrict the which arguments as the article suggests, though,
because with which_access list and max_which_hits 1, there's no
reason to destroy a useful command.
