Config::IniFiles provides a way to have readable configuration files
outside your Perl script. The configuration can be safely reloaded upon
receipt of a signal. Configurations can be imported (inherited,
stacked,...), sections can be grouped, and settings can be accessed from
a tied hash.

Ini files consist of a number of sections, each preceeded with the
section name in square brackets. Parameters are specified in each section
as Name=Value. Any spaces around the equals sign will be ignored, and the
value extends to the end of the line.

8d82e7ea1c Security update for libgtop to libgtop-1.0.13: 
The Laboratory intexxia found a remote exploitable format string
vulnerability in libgtop_daemon which could cause privilege escalation
on a remote system.

The libgtop_daemon is not running by default if you run GNOME.

New since last version:

- security fix
- update for parallel install with libgtop-2.0
+ Only install shared libraries on shared arches.

35bba8a275 Update to libglade-0.17, from maintainer 
- use gtk_clist_set_column_title to set clist column titles
  when possible so that they get the alignment of the column.
- Backport code that cleans up widget hash table in the
  GladeXML object on widget destruction.  This means that
  glade_xml_get_widget() should always return a valid widget
  or NULL.
- Move headers to a a libglade-1.0/ subdirectory.  This is to
  allow parallel installation of stable and development
  versions of libglade.  Libraries depending on libglade will
  probably need to be rebuilt so that their *-config scripts
  contain the correct CPP flags.

0e36dadb66 o Instead of copying the "virtual memory exhausted" warning for each 
individual port, introduce a new variable for bsd.port.mk, VMEM_WARNING.
By setting this variable to `Yes', the user is given a warning about the
virtual memory requirements just before the pre-build stage.
o Also give some examples for different shells for what to do about
it, and mention login.conf(5). bash, for example, has a confusing
-v flag to ulimit.
o Document this in bsd.port.mk.5

495ebe78c8 Fix that as a conflict between libgtop-*-!gnome and gnome-libs-* 
(note that we can't write libgtop-*-!gnome as a pkgcfl, but it doesn't
matter, because the check is done at gnome-libs-* install time, at which
point libgtop-*-gnome is definitely not going to be around yet).

5ba3cade45 libgtop,gnome ought to depend on gnomesupport as well. 
However, it reinstall files that are part of gnome/libs,
so it's broken.

6307e485cc ORbit will grab an installed libpopt. 
Even if it's not installed, it will link against a shared libpopt,
which is then not installed (and shouldn't be, or there will be a
conflict).

1ab3c7c5fa use a BUILD_DEPENDS for now (until TRUST_PACKAGES is enabled for libs) 
instead of LIB_DEPENDS so that we can ensure we get the right version.
Problem pointed out by chris@ that some ports barf when given a msgfmt
that comes from anything older than gettext 0.10.38.
