Apache XML Security for C++: This library includes a mature Digital Signature
and Encryption implementation using a proprietary C++ API on top of the Xerces-C
XML Parser's DOM API. It includes a pluggable cryptographic layer, but support
for alternatives to OpenSSL are less complete and less mature.

naddy@ encountered an issue while building git-cola. Summary is that the
tarball from GitHub does not contain relevant files. Instead use the
pypi disfile.
Bump REVISION as PLIST changed.
taking quirks out of the full list of packages is "nice" short-term,
but it means that quirks won't appear in any database
(pkglocatedb, sqlports...)
So instead, add an explicit property that will tell the grabber to take
quirks aside, and build it after after everything
to run without ssh keys or with a passphrase.
allow up to 10 seconds for startup so that the prompts do not
overlap each other (after that, the host will be dead as usual).
paraphrased from naddy@ "it's unusual to allow root ssh with a password,
but that means that problems with the configuration will show up straight
away" which is a good thing.
Mostly mechanical, except for having to run ./boot per
https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/issues/21626
Removed the %n patches merged into the release. The ./configure patch
is no longer needed and wouldn't apply due to #21626 above.
