4e81609896 update to cabextract 1.5, embedded copy of libmspack is updated for 
security fixes (see recent commit to archivers/libmspack), additionally
cabextract now replaces bad Unicode characters in filenames with the
standard Unicode replacement character.

ff49d042c0 Finally fix newer GCC on hppa by removing --disable-checking from 
CONFIGURE_ARGS.  While it may have had some value in the past, nowadays it's
just another (essentially untested) deviation from the mainstream.

Also:
* Restore -fstrict-aliasing and -fstrict-overflow behaviour
* Support -rdynamic on hppa
* libatomic is actually supported on every POSIX system, so remove useless
  PFRAGs.

Tested on amd64, hppa and sparc64; ok tobiasu@

b5125e0a90 Update to 2015.01. Use external libatomic_ops. Use positive ONLY_FOR_ARCHS 
list derived from the archs dyncall runs on, minus those who are big endian.
Upstream still does not support BE.

a6bb527423 Stop installing python 2.7 ossaudiodev module. It's not present 
in recent versions of python most probably because it doesn't make sense
to expose non-portable low-level ioctl's to scripts (PyAudio & PyGame
are much better choices).

59e21bf682 Fix two build problems in OpenCV, triggered after recent changes in 
ports tree (that doesn't meant that those problems come from lands other
than OpenCV itself):

1. Stop exporting opencv_java target: noone links to the libopencv_java.so,
   anyway, and it breaks find_package(OpenCV) when opencv-java is absent.
   The actual broken port was Digikam on i386 (yes, due to some funny
   reasons, this didn't trigger on amd64).

2. Switch to gstreamer1 since OpenCV picks it up nowadays, if the former
   is found. WANTLIB updates included.

7da44266f9 - Update motion to a newer snapshot, rolling in my v4l2 work and fixing a 
few other issues.

- Fix packaging to install the sample motion.conf in the right location,
spotted by Tom Doherty, thanks!
