6866f42193 update to Ethereal v0.8.16

New dissectors include SUA Light, HCLNFSD, Rquota. Many other dissectors were
updated and bug-fixed.  The wiretap library can now read Etherpeek files,
and write NetMon 2.x files. Capture filters and display filters are kept in
separate dialogues/files to help minimize confusion. A new "Decode As"
feature allows some run-time configuration of which dissectors are called
for a particular packet. You can now click on a byte in the hex dump and the
appropriate field in the protocol tree will be selected. The display filter
code was re-written, and some syntax changed (esp. for boolean variables).

b1a91ef104 [Security fix] In the IMAP extension, username/password were free'd too 
early.  This is a backport from php-4.0.5-dev that frees memory at the
right times.

from DESCR:
safecat  is  a  program  which  implements D. J. Bernstein's
maildir algorithm to copy stdin safely to a file in a speci-
fied directory. With safecat, the user is offered two assur-
ances. First, if safecat returns a successful  exit  status,
then  all  data is guaranteed to be saved in the destination
directory. Second, if  a  file  exists  in  the  destination
directory, placed there by safecat, then the file is guaran-
teed to be complete.

c3e42a3c3e import of mod_frontpage 1.5.1 for Apache. 
from DESCR:
This is a module for the Apache HTTP Server. It replaces the
Apache-FP patches and module  supplied  with  the  Microsoft
FrontPage  Server  Extensions  available  from Microsoft and
Ready-to-Run Software.

Using this module allows you to use advanced features of the
FrontPage client with your Apache HTTP Server (e.g. creating
FrontPage enabled subwebs using the FrontPage client in con-
trast to creating them as user "root" with "fpinstall.sh" or
the "fpsrvadm.exe"-utility on the system's shell).
