import gdl 0.7.9

This package contains components and libraries that are intended to be
shared between GNOME development tools.
The current pieces of GDL include:
- A symbol browser bonobo component (symbol-browser-control).
- A docking widget (gdl).
- A utility library that also contains the stubs and skels for
the symbol browser and text editor components (gdl, idl).

On hppa, udiv_qrnnd is only provided as asm, which has been disabled
...
with a "--disable-asm" configure flag. Remove this flag for hppa.
Didn't build there before, and other arch are unaffected, so no bump.
