Update kdelibs4support to 5.39.0 and not to 5.41.0 because otherwise the
openssl stuff will do too much work.
(Make kssl compile against OpenSSL 1.1.0 (bug 370223)).

Note, this port has no maintainer, has a history of requiring
workarounds for many Perl updates, and has been broken on common arches
taking some months for anyone to report it, so in the absence of a
maintainer stepping forward is likely to be removed soon.
Upstream now provides a RTTR_EXTRA_BINDIR setting which we can use to not
install some binaries to an awkward bin/RTTR directory. We settled on
libexec/s25rttr as the directory.

wmutils is a set of tools for X windows manipulation. Each tool only has
one purpose, to make it as flexible and reliable as possible. This
package includes tools to list, kill, move, teleport, focus and resize
windows, and more.
wmutils opt contains programs to move windows with the mouse, control
window borders, and view a window's events and title. These programs
rely on wmutils-core to be useful, but can be run without it if you have
another method of getting window IDs to operate on.
strict dependencies on libraries bundled with ghc, this builds fine
with both ghc-8.2 (in my tree, not yet committed) and ghc-8.0 (in
the current tree).
