0c2046831a A vulnerability in the way mpg123 handles MP3 files with a bitrate 
of zero may allow attackers to execute arbitrary code using a
specially crafted MP3 file.

d284645d40 - fix malloc()/realloc() detection on sparc64 
- don't use plugins, mechanism for loading is busted on OpenBSD
- fix a typo resulting in a core dump if using "-p plugin"
- bump PKGNAME

fbf7277e7b kill tweaks that make no sense: 
NO_DESCRIBE, NO_PACKAGE, FETCH_BEFORE_ARGS, FETCH_AFTER_ARGS, NO_WARNINGS
(is this used ?), VARNAME, FORCE_PACKAGE.
Make CKSUMFILES invisible from users.

Make sure repackage and reinstall go through normal clean targets.
Kill pre-clean, pre-distclean, pre-repackage.
Don't allow customization of distclean.
