e2e2236f4d Update ClamAV to version 0.91.2. 
Note to -stable ports maintainers:  This should probably be put into -stable
since the ClamAV people do not provide virus data to outdated scan engines.

97574ea6df Fixes WPrefs crash when choosing WPrefs Menu Definition. Patch from 
Pedro Martelletto:

Revision 1.4 of x11/windowmaker/patches/patch-WINGs_string_c uncovered
a bug in WPrefs, WindowMaker's configuration tool. The bug can be easily
triggered by choosing the 'Applications Menu Definition' dialogue.

The problem is that WPrefs code relied on the fact that the first token
in the array would not be free'd by wtokenfree(), a misbehaviour which
was correctly addressed in the aforementioned change.

Tested by some, and OK jasper@ before ports tree lock.

9c162fe682 reorder the include file paths so samba always uses it's own include files 
first and not the ones in /usr/local/include.

this allows for the cups flavors to build again when databases/tdb is
installed.

2695e61be2 - replace 'ocamlfind install' based install with our own do-install target 
so that /usr/local/lib/ocaml/ld.conf doesn't get modified durring the
build. idea from databases/ocaml-postgresql.  NOTE: these ports need some
more adjustment after unlock. they need @exec/unexec to properly tweek
/usr/local/lib/ocaml/ld.conf.
- add no-autoheader to quiet warning
