Fix build with gcc 4.8, remove a pair of -W not supported by that version
...
and include <unistd.h> for unlink(), since it uses -Werror.

Default to gcc 4.8 for ports using gcc4 module.

Stay at 4.6 for hppa & alpha for now, since lang/gcc/4.8 doesnt build there
yet.
