35c669fd2a Update to version 2.6.3
Security bugfixes (surprise, surprise..):
Cross-site scripting vulnerabilities in the HTML filter were fixed.
A parsing bug was fixed where malformed address fields can cause
MHonArc to hang.

81d7e08156 Deal with the different modelines of similar resolution introduced by
XFree 4.3 by picking up the modes with the highest refresh rates
(set SDL_VIDEO_X11_USE_ALL_MODES=1 to disable this behavior).

5453cd2dc2 Import PSCyr 0.4c patch2.
pscyr is a collection of files providing support for cyrillic PostScript
Type1 fonts in TeX documents. The package provides 71 different font
shapes altogether. The glyph set is sufficient to typeset documents in
Russian, Ukrainian and Belorussian.

Many help and ok from sturm@.
