748713c3f6 As threatened, enforce the "Capital, no period" rule. Ellipses are
permitted.  Note that, given current numeric motif of PW, this is done
in four equally-sized commits of 393 files each.

efc8bcb940 Gosh, the second bug in the same line was a good one:
BUILD_DEPENDS=  ${PREFIX}/lib/libgdbm.a:$(PORTSDIR}/databases/gdbm

Some one's gotta explain me why this doesn't fail until you do "make
clean-depends". ;)

While I'm here, fix a mungled $Id$ line.
