Patch to fix build failures of lang/ici port on 5-CURRENT.
Note this is UNTESTED (my 5-CURRENT machine disappeared
last week) but the same fix was required on other gcc 3.x
using platforms (Mac OS X) and I am assuming it will repair
the brokeness.
Honestly, the patch didn't but a quick search/replace of "float_t"
to "floats_t" did. Informed maintainer.

There is a bug in Horde: the logger (PEAR::Log) is instanciated
without a '&', and PHP does not handle this error, letting
Apache childs segfaulting.
Also removed the *.orig files from the pkg-plist and let them be
removed via post-patch.

- Smtpfeed no longer depends on mail/sendmail. It works well with
sendmail 8.12. If you use 8.11.X, you'll need sendmail WIDE patch.
