0635dc2c21 Fix the port.
- Remove extra spaces and newlines
	- Describe RESTRICTED more specifically
	- Generate PLIST on the fly
	- Prepare PKGMESSAGE to inform the users

	(Additional fixes by knu follow:)

	- Add MASTER_SITES.
	- Respect MAKE_IDEA that could be defined in /etc/make.conf
	- Make a bit more portlint friendly
	- Fix pkg-{comment,descr} to reflect the latest situation

gnupg-idea was repo-moved from gnupg-rsa, because now GnuPG has a
builtin RSA support. (GnuPG >= 1.03, after the RSA patent restriction
was lifted)

9b21655476 Add new port of evilwm 0.2.7, a minimalist window manager based on
9wm (not quite in time for Hallowe'en, I know).

This is hosted on SourceForge, but MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE does
not work for it.

these at 4.75 for users who want to take a risk. Keep them forbidden,
and mention that a fixed version exists. Create a PKGMESSAGE file
for the export notice.

FreeBSD versions of OpenSSH.

0f3e07537e Allow package to build by disabling the check for mime.types file - port
users are directed in the Makefile to use WITH_MIMETYPES to let the
configure script try to find a mime.types file somewhere.

Since the package never built and this doesn't affect people who've
installed from ports, no PORTREVISION bump.
