4d52edca2b Update binutils to 2.33.1
While here, make the port autonomuous (not a slave port of devel/binutils
anymore)
The only dependency this port is keeping with devel/binutils is sharing the
patch directory to avoid duplication.

Also do not print the pkg-message before the build. It was bad
before but is very confusing now that the pkg-message is in UCL.

280a1e0b05 Register dependency on `graphics/giflib': while it is typically picked
up automatically, making it explicit makes built packages less affected
by the particular environment and thus more robust.

422767ef61 www/node: Update 13.0.0 -> 13.0.1
https://nodejs.org/en/blog/release/v13.0.1/

Change the default options on FreeBSD 12.0-RELEASE, since Node.js uses
functions introduced in OpenSSL 1.1.1b, while 12.0-RELEASE only has
1.1.1a.
