- adds an entry to amavisd.conf for the Fizzer worm because it fakes
the sender address (suggested by mutt@free.fr)
- set the log level back to 0, because apparently it was set to 2 by
mistake by the author (suggested by mutt@free.fr)
- Bump PORTREVISION

There are some problems with lang/clisp when it's compiled with
GCC 3:
- The foreign function interface (i.e. loading C libraries) doesn't
work. This breaks devel/meta-cvs, among other things
- A readline-related issue makes CLISP crash when a user hits TAB under
some circumstances

Again, no PORTREVISION bump, because WITH_EXISCAN_ACL is not the default.
If I get hit by a bus, please hand this port over to the submitter.

Configure script makes too many conclusions based on the fact we have
grantpt() function. Pretend that we do not have one to fix the build.

package. libstdc++-2.96 is a core package that is referenced by many
linux_base applications such as linux-eagle. For instance, linux-eagle
doesn't work with linux_base-7.1_3.
Despite the importance, libstdc++-2.96 has been forgotten to be extracted
since 6 months. (Actually, the RPM package is listed in the Makefile,
but was badly defined so that no extraction was performed.)
Since linux_base is an important package, I hesitated to commit this
correction (for a long time :). If there is any incovenience in the
way of package definition, please feel free to correct my change.
o add patch files/patch-src::distance.cpp
o add CONFIGURE_ENV for ${LOCALBASE}/{include|lib}
o fix build problem on 5.1

This is gcc from latest mingw32-2.0.0 package. Here is old
port `devel/mingw-' from 1.0.0 package, but maintainer of
this old port syay, taht he don't want update it, because
new versions is not too stable. It is good idea, to have
old and stable environment (with old and good-known gcc-2.95,
etc) and new one. We have many versions of native gcc in
`lang/', for example.
