3d6a8dedf3 More cosmetic fixes: 
[1] Move warning about Matrox HAL drivers to pre-everything target, so the
     user gets the warning whether or not they enable the driver.
 [2] Tag Matrox-specific master sites and distfile.

eedd174076 [1] Update MGA HAL drivers for XFree86 4.2.0. 
[2] If WITH_MATROX_GXX_DRIVER defined, bump PORTREVISION to preserve the
    upgrade path for users who already have 4.2.0 but not this.

3d564f3a1a Fix some problems reported by people: 
- Makefile:
	[1] Typo in FONT[100,75]DPI... sigh.  How did I miss this one?
	    This is probably the main reason people are seeing "don't know
	    how to make /usr/X11R6/bin/ucs2any.pl" when building the font
	    ports, but I'm not certain.
 - distinfo:
	[2] Remove -- no longer needed.

26070aa7ab Fix PORTVERSION so that wacky things don't happen down the road. 
In my previous commit I forgot to mention that 'pkg_add -r bind' is
only half the rationale for changing PORTNAME. The other half is so
that people who really want to can 'pkg_add -r bind9'.

f5fbcb7753 Upgrade to the latest release candidate, 9.2.1rc1. Numerous 9.x bugs 
are fixed in this version, however BIND 9 is still recommended only
for early adopters, and those that have time to closely monitor
their name service.

* Change PORTNAME to bind9 so that 'pkg_add -r bind' does the right thing
* Use the local version of openssl, and disable threads on all but
the most recent -current. Thread support is still considered experimental.

089c1bb234 XFree86 4.2.0 Stage 1: bsd.port.mk 
[1] Handle HTML-ified manpages in plists.
	[2] Add --x-[libraries,includes]=${X11BASE}/[lib,include] if we are
	    using GNU_CONFIGURE in this port.  This is required if the port
	    adds a bunch of other libraries by default to CPPFLAGS and
	    configure gets a false positive.
