- Remove -Wl,-R flag from cups-config output to fix out of tree builds of
Gnome. The -R flag takes precedence over -L flags when the linker
searches for dependencies of libraries listed on the command line which
can be unexpected. Therefore, config scripts like this should only
provide -L flags. An rpath is then typically generated automatically by
the build system (cmake, libtool,...). [1]

These ports don't look like they require special attention, so
just put them into the big ruby pool.
- MSI custom actions run in a separate process.
- Support for job files in the Task Scheduler.

This adds --version support to samurai which CMake and Meson expect to
be available. This fixes the build of many ports when using samurai as
ninja replacement.

Update to the latest major release of Node.js. This release includes
many significant changes, both to Node.js itself and the FreeBSD port.

In particular, Node.js now requires OpenSSL 1.1.0h, so the BUNDLED_SSL
option is enabled by default. It is still possible to disable this
option when using security/openssl-devel (which is currently at 1.1.0h).
Multiple patches are required to get Node.js building with the bundled
OpenSSL library. Only amd64 builds get optimized assembler; all other
archs use non-asm implementations.
