067c498e76 Fix calc so that it will build properly again. 
changed distfile from calc-2.9.3t6.tar.gz to calc-2.9.3t6.tar
calc is fetched as an on-the-fly tarball from ftp.cdrom.com
gzipped on-the-fly tars are not supported.

e032aff81a Fix nasty template-instantiation problem that, while it compiled, 
prevented it from running.  The only fix (until FreeBSD goes elf)
is to build the executeable statically.  I really dislike that, but
it's a linker problem that's not likely to be fixed.

Much thanks to Victor Balden <victor@eng.uct.ac.za> for pointing
me at this bug.

18f33c0f93 Change JPEG shared library number to 9. This is to make sure that everyone 
installs the version of the port that uses shared library number 9 and the
LIBRARY_VERSION set to the default.  Normally this is against our policy
(bumping the version number for minor things), however due to the major
problems caused with the upgrade, Satoshi and I decided that this was best.

Xinside Motif users need an additional library -lXintl.
So I used the $(MOTIFLIB) variable in the Imakefile file which can
easily be defined correctly there. Updated the patch to reflect this.
A pre-extract target informs Xinside users to do so ...

d602d6179d Define MANUAL_PACKAGE_BUILD, it installs an old libreadline shared 
lib.  This is not good, but this port is so large Chuck doesn't have

ab4c4c3135 (1) Move the following ports out of x11/: 
kdegames   -> games/
    kdenetwork -> net/
    kdesupport -> converters/
    kdeutils   -> misc/

    (Repository copy already done, dependency path and category name fixups
     is being done in this commit.)

(2) Add a virtual category "kde" and add all six (incl. x11/kde{base,lib})
    ports.

(3) Make package names follow the convention.

(4) Change "BUILD_DEPENDS=${X11R6}/bin/moc:..." to "...=moc:...".
    There is no need to specify the full pathname if the target is an
    executable in the standard path.  (Actually, as the same port is
    specified in LIB_DEPENDS, I think we can completely do away with
    this line but since Stefan added this explicitly, I assume there
    is a reason for it and left it alone.)

39dfc85935 Explicitly specify --libdir as ${PREFIX}/lib in the CONFIGURE_ARGS so 
that configure can be adjusted to probe the right place for -lpng (and
subsequently provide the correct LDFLAGS in the Makefiles it creates.)
