6d0e4e6fc9 Update: Set default HTTP version to 1.1 
This changes the default version of HTTP to 1.1.
The version can currently not be changed to something different.

fbddf8d2f0 Cleanup: Removed <threadpool> completly. 
This adds a error level log line to the block in case unknown nodes are used
as we do for other blocks already.
