Jonas Fonseca	2748d043f9	Autogenerate .vimrc files and put the master in config/vimrc ... This changes the init target to be idempotent: most importantly it will now never overwrite a Makefile if it exists. Additionally 'make init' will generate the .vimrc files. Petr Baudis	06ea255a22	Convert part of the build to the new build system ... The root makefile is converted as well as some leaf Makefiles. This also brings in the required infrastructure and adjusts configure.in appropriately.
