Semi-functional audio config menu. Correctly links to the audio config

Revamped the fledgling menu system using the Embedded Template Library.

It works!
Started building up configuration menus. Compiles, haven't tested yet.
Still learning about how to use the ETL/STL.

Multiple updates.

Support for full 16-char status line to be sent to the Raduino.
Added rotary encoder support.
Everything above has been tested and works.
Added rudimentary top-level menu. Compiles, but not tested yet.
