Add minimal perfect hash domain matcher (#743)
* rename to HybridDomainMatcher & convert domain to lowercase
* refactor code & add open hashing for rolling hash map
* fix lint errors
* update app/dns/dns.go
* convert domain to lowercase in `strmatcher.go`
