gnu: groff: Add 'bash' input for 'wrap-program'.
It is required for cross-compilation.

* gnu/packages/groff.scm (roffit): Remove trailing #t
[native-inputs]: Remove labels.
[inputs]: Add 'bash-minimal'.
(ronn-ng)[inputs]: Add 'bash-minimal'.
