Ludovic Courtès 6efc160efe daemon: Default to '--cores=0'.

* nix/nix-daemon/guix-daemon.cc (main): Set 'settings.buildCores' to 0.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix-daemon): Adjust accordingly.
