* gnu/packages/cross-base.scm (cross-gcc-arguments): Parametrize
  %CURRENT-TARGET-SYSTEM.
* tests/monads.scm ("package-file + package->cross-derivation"): Replace
  "foo64-gnu" with "mips64el-linux-gnu".
