* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (totem): Update to 3.26.0.
[source]: Add 'patches' field.
[build-system]: Switch to MESON-BUILD-SYSTEM.
[native-inputs]: Add GTK+:bin and GLIB:bin.
[arguments]: Pass #:glib-or-gtk?.  Adjust #:configure-flags to new
syntax.
* gnu/packages/patches/totem-meson-easy-codec.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
